You would be made very welcome at Christ Church Morningside (located at Holy Corner in Bruntsfield; at the cross roads where Bruntsfield Place becomes Morningside Road and so conveniently located for the popular student areas around Marchmont).
Christ Church is part of the Scottish Episcopal Church that is in full communion with the Church of England and is also part of the Porvoo Communion (that includes the Scandinavian and Baltic Lutheran churches).
The main weekly service is the Eucharist at 10.00am on Sunday, but there are daily services as well including a Julian Meeting (contemplative prayer) and a service in the style of Taize.
